Gene Mapping Using Bacteriophages
Bacteriophages Seem to be different vital forms which play an important role in Gene transfer !!!
They follow two routes for gene transfer:
-Generalised Transduction
-Specialised Transduction..
With the Gene transfer mechanism, This method can be best utilised for Gene mapping.
The Question arises...How can a bacteriophage map the gene for unrelated species of Bacteria ????
Do post the related answers...!!!!
